The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve

The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky with a sweet, tropical flavor. Representing The Glenlivet’s strive to move forward and discover new influences, this classic Single Malt Scotch Whisky is selectively finished in barrels that previously held Caribbean rum. The result is a well-balanced, exceptionally smooth, and sweet whisky. On the nose, sweet notes of pear and red apple meet a fabulous tropical twist of ripe bananas in syrup. Rich caramel toffee notes are followed by mandarin orange, vanilla and honeydew melon, resulting in a delicate, citrusy finish. Enjoy this liquor in a classic cocktail like a Whisky Smash, in a highball with soda, or served neat or on the rocks. Pair The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve with sweet fruits, such as papaya, pineapple and mango. Join us in continuing the vision of our founder, George Smith, as we break traditions, set new standards, and move things forward; opening up the world of single malt to all through exceptional casks, finishes, and unique serves. Enjoy Responsibly.

Rye

Epoch 5yr: Maple Syrup Barrel Finish

Back due to popular demand, but totally different! This is our 5th Maple Syrup barrel release, and the first at 5yrs old! This one is especially unique because it spent 4 years in the newly charred American oak barrel becoming an epic Epoch Rye. Then, we moved this batch of Epoch Rye into a barrel that last held Maple Syrup for one final year of finishing. Fun fact, our very first Maple Syrup barrel finish was released in May of 2019 and won Double Gold at San Francisco's World Spirits Competition! A perfect sipper for Autumn! The maple syrup compliments the toffee and baking spices in our Epoch Rye.

Epoch Rye Whiskey

Before the age of column stills, when Rye Whiskey took America by storm (the first time), Rye was made by Scottish and Irish settlers in Maryland using ancestral methods brought over from Europe. Now a near extinct spirit, Epoch Rye brings back this low rectification, pot-distilled spirit in modern form, calling back to Maryland’s earliest Rye Whiskey heritage. A new Epoch of Rye Whiskey has arrived.

Epoch Reserve

Epoch Reserve invokes the earliest style of Rye Whiskey, when it was Pot Distilled by Scotch-Irish settlers in early America. This slow, meticulous process is in stark contrast to industrialized Rye production and creates a complex, nuanced Rye similar to those that made Rye famous.
