Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Blond is a strong blond beer that was launched in 2008 on the occasion of "10 years Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark". However, it contains more types of malt and 3 different kinds of herbs are added during the brewing process.
Its bright golden color, high alcohol percentage and full and well-balanced taste make this ale a genuine source of vitality and power which will please even the most critical connoisseur.
For ideal savoring, gently pour out in one fluent movement, at a temperature of 7-8° C (45-46°F). Proudly poured it is savored with respect. Those who like a refreshing, heavy and somewhat spicy beer, choose this blonde ale.

Our house DIPA, hopped extensively with one of our all-time favorite and earliest hop combinations: Simcoe and Mosaic. The familial connection between these two varietals, while inherently interesting, seems to offer something more than the sum of the parts, especially in the context of our characterful yet cohesive house ale yeast.
A classic offering from us, we find notes of ripe orange marmalade, grapefruit zest, lightly floral mango tones with that classic, complimentary fresh-cut danker pine finish.

Our annual homage to our BARCS rescue cats is now in 12oz cans for 2025! This New-England Style Double IPA pours a hazy orange color with pillowy white foam. Double dry-hopping with Krush (HBC-586) and HBC-630 brings tropical aromas of orange, mango, sweet guava, passion fruit, ripe strawberries, and vanilla. The result is medium bitterness, light sweetness, and a full body in this purr-fectly crafted IPA. We are proud to donate a portion of proceeds from the sale of this beer directly to BARCS.

Put Up The Peace Sign is a rollicking, prodigiously flavored DIPA, harmonizing a particular blend of yeasts with a particular blend of hops that together bring forth an intense, broad spectrum of tropical fruitiness. On the palate, the aforementioned hop & yeast derived tropical character synergistically reverberates, manifesting in flavor sensations of mango, lychee, and underpinnings of pineapple with a passing waft of the other green stuff. Thanks to modest carbonation and a bountiful supply of oats and wheat, the body is left beautifully silky.
