Deep Cut Crush Release Party

We’re releasing Deep Cut Crush, a hazy IPA brewed with Checkerspot Brewing in Baltimore, using the last Deep Cut Cascade hop ever produced. This hop is special because it comes from the deepest harvest, where Cascade shows its most expressive side, bright citrus, soft floral notes, and a smooth bitterness that shines in a hazy IPA. It’s the kind of hop brewers love, and almost never get a chance to use again. Through this collab, Hector was there to experience firsthand how Judy, Ian, Jay, Sam, and Rob at Checkerspot brought this beer to life, from raw ingredients to final pour. At Bierbath, we’ve tasted more than 2,480 beers in just two years, so when we say this beer is special, it’s because we know what makes a great one.
